3. As soon as the starter turns on, the motor runs at a high speed and can't be controlled.
Possible reasons&solutions:
(1). The speed modulation handle and the three wires of the controller is connected in a wrong order.
---You need to reconnect them.
(2). There is dirt existing in the plate of the speed handle or the plate falls off, or the luminous tube bursts, or the welding spot falls off.
---Cleaning the plate or replacing the speed modulation handle
(3). The controller's inner parts damaged.
---Replacing the controller
4. The controller's rotational speed becomes quite slow
Possible reasons&solutions:
(1). There is dirt in the plate or luminous tube of the speed handle.
---Cleaning or replacing the plate, cleaning the luminous tube
(2). The speed handle's inner partial parts damaged.
---Replacing the speed modulation handle
(3). The battery capacity is insufficient.
---Charging immediately
(4). The motor goes wrong.
---Replacing the motor
(5). There is something wrong with the controller.
---Replacing the controller.
5. The motor runs irregularly, i.e. sometimes it runs and sometimes it stops.
Possible reasons&solutions:
(1). The battery is in the lacking voltage critical state.
---Charging immediately
(2). The battery contact doesn't contact well.
---Adjusting or polishing the contact.
(3). The speed handle wire is likely to disconnect.
---Reconnecting the speed handle wire.
(4). There is something wrong with the braking power failure switch.
---Adjusting or replacing it.
(5). The starter is damaged which leads to the loose contact.
---replacing the starter.
(6). The electric wiring system doesn't connect well.
---Connecting the electric wires again
(7). The controller's inner parts don't be wleded firmly.
---Replacing the controller and then repairing it.
(8). The motor's carbon brush and wire winding don't be wleded firmly.
---Replacing the motor and repair it.
