In our daily life, no matter what things they are, it is inevitable that they will go wrong at some time in the process of being used, electric bicycles make no exception.The following is their usual problems, possible reasons and corresponding solutions for your reference. 1. The indicator light of the meter doesn't work, and the motor doesn't run properly.

Possible reasons&solutions:

(1). The battery is in the state of lacking voltage.
---Charging immediately

(2). The battery's life-span has come to the end.
---Replacing the aging battery

(3). The battery's fuse tube goes wrong.
---Replacing the fuse tube

(4). The starter goes bad.
---Replacing the starter

(5). There is a open circuit between battery's contact.
---Polishing and adjusting the contact again

(6). The electric connectors don't connect well.
---Adjusting the connectors again.

2. The indicator light of the meter shows correct, but the motor doesn't work.

Possible reasons&solutions:

(1). If the controller's power inputting end shows no voltage, it means that the wires between battery and controller doesn't connect well.
---Connecting again and ensure their good link.

(2). The controller inputs no voltage to the motor.
---Replacing the controller

(3). The braking power failure switch is bad.
---Adjusting or replacing the switch

(4). The motor's wires are burnt out; the winding wires have short circuit or open circuit; the motor's carbon brush damage.
---Replacing the motor

(5). Examining the motor's Hall signal wires separately.Rotating the motor slowly, every wire's voltage should change in the range of 0 ～ 5V, if the voltage has no change, it means that there is something wrong with the Hall, and should replace the motor or its Hall. If every wire's voltage changes normally and supplies power normally, it means that it is the controller that breaks down and should replace the controller immediately.
